iii. Premium level package:

This involves giving additional services to your clients. You may include premium-level sperks that you will charge your clients.

This gives your clients a feeling that you care about their needs unlike most of the freelancers who offer a take-it or leave-it deal.

Besides this, this approach protects not only your rates but also your professional dignity.

This means, you will not need to lower your rates just to have a project but your clients will choose for themselves the package the need depending on their budget.

You will preserve your self-image as a freelancer because you will never appear so desperate because your rates will be marketing you.

Making money despite having your quote declined

It is not always given that you will have your prospects ready to buy your price quotes because what you consider the least can be inconvenient for their budget. This does not mean that you leave them slip past you.

Have a list of struggling but trusted freelancers who work at lower rates than you so that you can offer them something.

Offer to manage your prospect’s project and seek to know the firm’s budget.

Hand the project to your trusted freelancers and take a good percentage from presently-satisfied client.
